These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the pre-ordering of commemorative

coins from Quality Hub Co., Ltd. (The Treasurists). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.1 By placing a pre-order for [coin’s name], you agree to purchase the product in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1.2 Customers will confirm their pre-order by submitting the Pre-order Form, attached to an email or available via a download link from the new coin release email, to info@thetreasurists.com.

1.3 Upon receipt of the Pre-order Form, The Treasurists will send an Invoice to the customer for the ordered quantity.

1.4 The pre-order is considered complete once the customer has made the payment for the pre-ordered quantity and submitted proof of payment to info@thetreasurists.com.

1.5 The Treasurists will send an email confirmation of receipt of payment, including a receipt and the estimated shipping date from Thailand.

2.1 Payment for the pre-order must be made in full upon receiving the Invoice.

2.2 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or any other method specified by The Treasurists.

2.3 Pre-orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

3.1 The price for the pre-order is set forth in the Pre-order Form.

3.2 Shipping costs, import taxes, and any other related expenses will be the responsibility of the customer, as the quoted price is on an FOB (Free on Board) ex-Bangkok, Thailand basis.

4.1 Estimated production time will be provided upon confirmation of the pre- order.

4.2 The Treasurists will notify you of the estimated shipping date once the coins are ready for dispatch.

4.3 Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen.

4.4 The Treasurists will deliver the coins in the quantity ordered by the customer using the shipping method specified by the customer.

5.1 If the customer submits a Pre-order Form without making the payment, the pre-order will be considered incomplete and will not be processed.

5.2 Once payment is received and the pre-order is complete, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

5.3 If The Treasurists is unable to fulfill the pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

6.1 The Treasurists is not liable for any delays in production or delivery due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or transportation delays.

6.2 The Treasurists’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the pre-order.

7.1 All communication regarding pre-orders will be conducted via the email address provided by the customer.

7.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and current email address for communication purposes.

8.1 Personal information provided by the customer will be used solely for the purpose of processing the pre-order and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for order fulfillment.

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

9.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
